Excellent hotel. With the exception of a receptionist who behaved inappropriately and screamed at the guests when they asked for towels for Tiberias bread on Saturday. A wide variety of food and excellent.

In general I was satisfied. The location is excellent. More emphasis should be placed on cleanliness and requests from the staff, for example requests for towels that did not arrive until the moment of leaving the room. The towels are small and thin.

There are no clerks at the reception, there is no telephone answer, there were no towels and it took a long time to bring them, the rooms need a massive renovation, such as: replacement of doors, replacement of sink and marble in the bathroom, yellow curtain in the bathroom. There was a big balcony and there was a nice singer in the evening.

It was a lot of fun, the pool and spa are great. Great food, the cleanliness of the rooms should be improved, there is definitely value for the price
