Second time at the hotel in a week and a half. We enjoyed ourselves, but it is desirable that the children's room be staffed and cleaner.

I'm a club member, I've been a guest a number of times and I've gotten a room every time excellent with a more spacious bathroom. This time I was disappointed, the room was small and also the bathroom, I complained to the receptionist but she didn't help. Apart from that, the hotel is welcoming and you usually enjoy going there and also recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent hotel. With the exception of a receptionist who behaved inappropriately and screamed at the guests when they asked for towels for Tiberias bread on Saturday. A wide variety of food and excellent.

In general I was satisfied. The location is excellent. More emphasis should be placed on cleanliness and requests from the staff, for example requests for towels that did not arrive until the moment of leaving the room. The towels are small and thin.
