התכוונתי לדבר ידירות עם המלון לאונרדו ולהזמין נופש. בטעות הגעתי אליכם, ולא נאמר לי שלא הגעתי ליעג עוד אמרתי שיש לי כרטיס עם המחה, אז ליבי אמרנ, אבדוק ואחזור אליך, וכן אמרה שיש לי את ההנחה. בהגיעי למלון בירשתי קהלה, ונאמר לי, שההזמנה לא דרכם. אני קשישה ונכה,ובעלי ניצול דואה , גם נכה. חבל מאוד דלא הסהירו לי, וחא הפנו אותי ישירות למלון שבירדתי. אני שנים הולכת למלון, ומאטד מרוצה
הייתי אמור לקבל חדר עם אמבטיה . לא היתה אמבטיה והמקלחת לא נעימה בכלל ולא אסתטית.
ניסיתי לדבר עם הצוות בקבלה וגם שלחתי להנהלה אך לא זכיתי למענה. עברתי למלון העונות. אמנם יותר ישן, אבל יותר נקי, ויותר נוף לים בכל החדרים בלי תוספת. ושילמתי הרבה פחות
