Hello, this is the only time my sisters and I have stayed at this hotel. I would like to mention that the service is excellent, the employees are kind, and the food is excellent. Regarding the arrival at the hotel, we had to arrive by public transportation, so to access the hotel itself we had to climb up the stairs with our bags and suitcases. Not to mention the hot weather. The hotel car took us halfway and we had to get to the beach on our own, and on the way back we had to climb up the stairs again. Another thing I understood is that a guest arriving with a car has to pay 6 NIS for parking per hour???? If you arrive for 34 days with a private car.. is it worth it???? Enjoyed staying at this hotel, there was one problem with room service that we called several times and they didn't answer for a long time, when we asked why it happened they didn't respond accordingly.
