עוגמת נפש מהחדרים הקטנים, התנהגות פקיד הקבלה .אין דף קשר לאורח,ולא רישום תוכניות המלון ,לא בקבלה ולא במעלית. גם ארוחות החג לא מפורסמותולא מובאות לידיעת הלקוח. אחמ``ש אחד שגיללה איכפתיות וואסים לא הצליח לתקן עוגמת נפש. חבל מאוד .אוכל טעים מלצרים חביבים אבל הקבלהטעון שיפור יחס ללקוח.
