We enjoyed ourselves and it was fun. There were meals with too much congestion in the dining room, which made it difficult to have food and drinks available. The gym is small and there are no treadmills. The staff was very pleasant with excellent service awareness. The pool is excellent, just needs a little more cleaning. Excellent transportation to the beach. Lack of activities for adults.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel, there was one problem with room service that we called several times and they didn't answer for a long time, when we asked why it happened they didn't respond accordingly.

We enjoyed it, but it seems that more needs to be invested in service, especially around the dining room. More staff, aesthetics. A more serious coffee corner. Clearing dirty tables. Food that contains less oil. There was an atmosphere where people were unhappy.. Too bad. I'm sure you can and want them to experience it differently. Good luck
