was lovely The guy at the reception was extremely kind. A point to improve the breakfast was served to the room due to the corona virus. It was too basic, neither satisfied nor spoiled anyone. It was written that the children receive cut vegetables and they did not. The place is lovely and the location is excellent

I don't have an opinion on the food because we didn't eat. The place is beautiful and the beach is excellent. The cleanliness level of the room is average. The furniture is outdated and the mattress is very good. Compared to the price for accommodation only, a little expensive compared to mid-week B&Bs, overall we had a great time.

Lovely place, great rooms but in need of general maintenance such as renovating showers, painting, changing light bulbs and routine maintenance. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the lawns and the open space. The Kinneret this year is more beautiful than ever. We will stay again and will definitely recommend.

The place is physically excellent. The staff members are courteous. They don't care about masks at all. The reservation center does not function at all, they do not answer the phones and do not return the phones. The breakfast, although it is served to the room, is generous and excellent. The hotel manager and the reception staff do not answer the phones at all.

There is leakage while showering into the room, no sealing. A bulb was found inside the shower room connected to the electricity but disconnected from the wall so that all the electrical wires were exposed. The room door does not close well and you cannot tell if it is locked at all. In summary, poor maintenance, on the rest location and food and excellent service. Thanks

We enjoyed it very much. Wonderful location. The breakfast is satisfying, the rooms need improvement in terms of maintenance of proper sinks, dust in the dressers next to the beds and it is recommended to add a non-slip carpeting in the shower. The rest was very enjoyable. The other programs did not come true, but it was good that we really enjoyed the quiet. In short, full value for the money we paid and hope you give your opinion on the optimization suggestions I wrote for you. Thanks for a fun meal. No doubt we will be back. Bar was active during the summer in the summer to prevent the need to leave the compound to search Meal options although facing the Sea of Galilee really close

The place is wonderful, the food fresh and tasty, the selection is pampering, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the experience is definitely recommended and I highly recommend the place. I have a flaw in my enjoyment of the service at the switchboard, without telephone answering what needs to be done, but then I get an excellent service that needs improvement. The yard was with a huge puddle of water and we asked to dry it because of the children so we got a mop for self service ... but in retrospect it saved us because in the evening the shower was not drained, and with the wiper we could wipe the water up to the living room, my recommendation is that it takes a step out of the shower.

Good team. We received everything we asked for in the room including staying up until the end. Very close to the Sea of Galilee, but unfortunately the Sea of Galilee is empty. The only downside is that there is so much to do in the resort village itself because there is no pool or other activity ... you need to travel to attractions around.

It bothered me that there was not enough investment in the beach. Small sunshades. Broken equipment. Beach beds. The chairs on the balconies are also broken. We asked them to replace us and they did enjoy it, but we have to take care of it before they come.

Since I am vegan, I would be happy to have more options for vegans. I was particularly lacking in the morning, like tahina / silan / yogurt. Tnuva also has soy, etc. In the evening there may be options of more beans / peas.

Very nice hotel, great location. The rooms have potential and it is apparent that they were recently renovated but lacked storage space for clothes. There is no lighting in the master bedroom for reading near the bed. The food was delicious, we ate only breakfast. There are little ornaments for the children. This was a great change and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

It was a shame that there was no hot water in the showers, and only after the complaint did they tell us to light some break, but it was already late. The dining room was not built to accommodate many people, so there was a lack of many things, for example milk.

A charming hotel with a perfect location, two comments: 1. It is inappropriate for some of the staff to stand at the entrance to the dining room area and smoke on the stairs. 2. It is a pity that there is no TV screen in the bedroom much more efficient than its current location.

The place has enormous potential. The rooms are great but not so clean. The place is pastoral and fun. The food did not taste a canning box to crush Jahnun ??, disgusting but we had a great time. And we will be happy to return

Note that we were the only family hotel. There were people in general and basic breakfast was only just a shame that they have some rooms are accessible for the disabled.

Our room was not locked bathroom door. TV seating area is better to put in the bedroom. And beach showers wish to contact if rooms can enjoy at least a little more beach. Another Note ... room door locked from the inside and not in terms of safety if the child gets up at night he can leave the room before we knew it.

Place a rural, pastoral officers relaxed atmosphere and very pleasant. The staff was patient and smiling and made sure all what we want immediately. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped terrace outside each room and lawns in the village. Exact variety of dishes in the dining room overlooking the Sea of \u200b\u200bGalilee, even a synagogue there. Highly recommended holiday.

Hotel with huge potential but a central air conditioner striped .. fridge not enough, mismanagement expressed a sense of Rush Hotel: Waiters dressed in private clothes, it is difficult to identify them. Delicatessen expired, did not resume full food when finished, promising to fan never came, no cleaning of the rooms in the days of the stay, the beach is ugly, saves toy busy from renting mattress private beach his place to do their job, etc. etc. etc. many processed laughable. No hot water, came twice to arrange the Hmim.la was a trash can in the kitchenette. No clotheslines to dry swimsuits and towels. There was no hot water taps Bmklht.thzokh the poor.

The rooms are spacious, the service could be better, a lot of flying insects requires good pest especially during the summer months, the beach is not organized and not moving at all and there is a lot of potential in the area. Likely in the future we would rather try somewhere else

In view of a medical problem I limited eating food spicy. Fit into the hotel dinner is not spiced, confirmed that it was okay I got to the dining room and they did not know about it, did not try to help me caused me heartache

There were five couples Friday, Saturday, we enjoyed a very even go back further, I have a small Tlonont ... roaches were observed in the rooms, you must spray, turbid water in the lobby without flavor, Kolar possible will filter the water, there is no room shower soap and shampoo personal thanks.

Vacation could be perfect if it were not gang was staying next to us and celebrated with karaoke equipment Ballroom included the projector, organ, speakers and microphones. Really a disgrace not paid 1200 shekels to stand all night with two babies who could not sleep because of the noise. The team did not handle despite repeated calls from us. Just a waste of money. The rooms are decorated and cozy and a great location. There was no food because of the Yom Kippur ... no rooms basic things like cottage More garbage from the back flush the rag shower microwave kitchenette and of course .... It's a shame and pleasure that the potential harms huge and lovely place. The room was beautiful. Thanks

Sof``s was lovely .. place experience, not just service but the attitude we needed when we were kind. Only have one thing to note that needs urgent treatment in this seaside is basically a private beach should be more orderly if it's Zell was the lack of beach chairs barely 20 chairs for all vacationers tanning bed one who is about to break'd love it would be transferred to the place

Overall we enjoyed you. We were disappointed from the beach-that was the main reason for our coming to you-the proximity to the beach. The room was fine. The bathroom is very impressive, although the water Tosh went outside and there was danger of slipping kids. When we reached the toilet was broken. The food in the dining room was fine. I had a great room tidy, good service, proximity to the beach added points conditioner worked very well, I realized that there is a problem with access to the beach because belongs to the contractor but the total was above all expectations.

Beautiful rooms but not so clean, you should pay room coffee, cups, spoons and milk, we had to go to the dining room and we felt uncomfortable with it, the dining room looks quite crowded and there were not enough workers in the rush hour.
