Everything was excellent. Two things. The pool closed too early. After all, we are in the summer, we arrived at the hotel at about 4 and planned to go to the pool with the kids and it already closes at 5. Secondly, in our opinion, the hotel staff needs to be trained in how to wait for guests who get off the elevator. They are pushed in before people get off, to the point where one stepped on my wife's foot and didn't even apologize. I expect everyone to be polite to others, let alone the hotel staff. In general, the staff was excellent
