I intended to speak directly with the Leonardo Hotel and book a vacation. I came to you by mistake, and I was not told that I had not arrived in Yeag. I also said that I had a ticket with a discount, so my heart said, I will check and get back to you, and she said that I had the discount. When I arrived at the hotel, I called her, and I was told that the reservation was not through them. I am elderly and disabled, and my husband is a disabled person. It is a pity that they did not warn me, and did not direct me directly to the hotel where I stayed. I have been going to the hotel for years, and I am very satisfied.
