All in all, it was perfectly fine, a huge and beautiful hotel and the pool area and surroundings are great, what bothered us was that there was no baby bed in Liron and Karin's double room, and only late in the evening did they help put a wooden playpen in the room instead of a bed

We were surprised that we booked for a couple and ... a bed with space for 2 adjoining mattresses and a shower instead of a bath, and we paid for the night about 900 NIS minus about 200 NIS 2 tickets for Itai Levy..the hotel in conditions and during this period is not worth 700 NIS per night. Morning

There is a problem on weekends with the elevators especially the operation of two elevators on Saturday does not allow to withstand the load of guests

The breathtaking location and scenery for the cup of coffee was tricky. We insisted on the maid of the maid who came open the door when we were in the room without knocking. Except for Misa, I was pretty sure I'd be missing out

The staff is not attentive to the needs of the client.The atmosphere in the hotel is of lack of caring of the staff.The lobby of the hotel is cold and alienated.It is very unfortunate that created a situation that we will not consider our return to the place.We will not recommend it

Breakfast was less good than a lot of hotels. There was no choice. And the swimming pool had a less suitable regime for the hotel. I did not run into a pool that was locked with a lock, especially since there was no option of an outdoor pool. Moreover, the hotel's stunning rooms and location are in a great location

There is no parking for the hotel guests, the parking is outside in an uncomfortable sun, far away, and on days of heavy traffic visitors to the beach have trouble finding parking, difficult with children and suitcases and the service is too delayed

It took a long time for us to get the room, and secondly the hotel was fully booked and did not take place in the hotel for many people, so that at mealtime the food was finished and they had to wait for almost an hour before they brought out new food. Fish, poultry, meat, graftes, fish.
